Thanks to Mr. Gholamali Seifan, Shemshal Industrial and Investment Group was started in 1974 from a small turnery factory in Tehran suburb. This industrial unit managed to expand its scope of activities by its effort and perseverance and establish other factories over the years. After development and progress in established companies and for the reason of wide variety of businesses, in order to create value and strategic alignment, it founded a parent company (holding) for planning, leadership and monitoring the performances of holding businesses.
Therefore, businesses of Shemshal Industrial and Investment Group , were categorized in five main groups which are as follows:

۵- Construction and Power Plant Group

Long term goals and plans of business subsets are subject to group strategies in different sections and activities of headquarters have been designed and organized in order to support and control their performances.
Currently, Shemshal Industrial and Investment Group with more than 100 personnel, is among 200 top Iranian companies in terms of rate of the sales. It is hoped that, by the grace of God and based on the skills and knowledge of experienced staff, this company will be among 100 Iran’s top holding in next 10 years.
